Reed relay driving Each optocoupler consists of gallium arsenide infrared LE D Switch mode power supply feedback and a silicon NPN phototransistor. Telephone ring detection The isolation performance is accomplished through Vishay Logic ground isolation double molding isolation manufacturing process. Logic coupling with high frequency noise rejection Compliance to DIN EN 60747-5-5 partial discharge isolation specification is available is by ordering option 1. AGENCY APPROVALS These isolation processes and the Vishay ISO9001 quality UL1577, file no. E52744, double protection program results in the highest isolation performance available for a commercial plastic phototransistor cUL optocoupler.
