The Vishay ILD207T is a dual Optocoupler with transistor output, which consists of two high-speed, high-current optocouplers with a phototransistor output. The ILD207T is a symmetrical device with a channel-to-channel (CTR) current transfer ratio ranging between 100% to 200%. It is designed for reliable and isolated power and data transmission applications, such as in industrial automation, robotics, and power supply design. The device has high insulation voltage ratings of 2500Vrms, providing reliable noise immunity, enabling superior protection of sensitive circuits, and offering superior performance in applications subjected to high electric fields. It also comes with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
