The MRS25000C6803FCT00 is a Surface Mount Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitor from Vishay. It is an X7R dielectric type with a 25 VDC Rated voltage and a 0805-2 case size. This capacitor has a temperature rating of -55°C to +125°C and has an extremely small size and high insulation resistance, making it suitable for high density, and low profile capacitor applications. It has a capacitance value of 680 pF and a tolerance of ± 10%.
