The PTCCL11H251HBE part is an NTC thermistor made by Vishay. It is an epoxy-coated, radial-leaded, disc-shaped device with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 130°C. It has a resistance of 25.1 kohms at 25°C, and a B value of B=4050K. The thermistor has an operating power up to 0.5 W and a maximum operating current of 1 A. It can be used to detect temperature changes in various applications such as temperature sensing, temperature control, and temperature compensation.
