The PTS120602B100RPU00 with PTC Thermistors, manufactured by Vishay, is a polymeric positive temperature coefficient (PPTC) device. It is a resettable fuse designed to provide over-current protection in a wide range of electrical and electronic equipment. This device has a rated current of 1A and a maximum voltage rating of 16V. It has a hold current of approximately 0.8A and a release current of 10A. This device is 20 millimeters by 3.2 millimeters in size with a tolerance of 5%. It is rated for operation at temperatures between -40 and 85°C, and utilizes a SnPb terminations for soldering. It is widely used in automotive, consumer and commercial applications.
