The S3M-E3/57T is a metal case stud diode that is manufactured by Vishay. This product is constructed with three tightly configured rectifiers that each have a current rating of up to 3.0 Amps and a maximum reverse voltage of 1000 Volts. The S3M-E3/57T is designed to be used in low voltage, high frequency inverters. This product is RoHS compliant and can operate in temperatures up to 150 degrees Celsius. Additionally, this device is UL recognized and has an appropriate packing tape with a carrier rate of 166.
