Additional Infomation About Product

Semiconductor The SFH601-2 is a Surface-Mounted Optocoupler made by Vishay Semiconductor. It features an open-collector output, requiring a pull-up resistor to provide the required logic level. It is an optically coupled light-emitting diode and a NPN silicon phototransistor in a 6-pin dual-in-line (DIP) package. This part has an isolation voltage of 5,000Vrms and a minimum current transfer ratio of 100%. It requires an input current of 1mA and provides a collector-emitter voltage of 40V. Additionally, it is suitable for a wide range of digital logic isolation, signal switching, and signal transmission applications.
