Additional Infomation About Product

The TLHY4400-MS12 by Vishay is a 3-phase brushless DC motor driver IC. It is designed to operate as a full bridge driver in motor control applications. Its features include a wide operating voltage range of 8 V to 28 V, a high peak driver current rating of 4.4 A per phase, an adjustable open loop mode, a temperature-compensated current shunt for sensing the output current, a low current NVIC for speed control, and a fast PWM input for a maximum PWM frequency of up to 25 kHz. The TLHY4400-MS12 also includes an integrated current limiter to protect the motor from overcurrents, as well as advanced protection from transient overvoltages that may occur in certain applications.
