The TSOP39436 is a miniature surface-mount infrared receivers manufactured by Vishay. This device is designed to detect 36 kHz modulated infrared (IR) radiation and convert it into a voltage output. It has an integrated AGC4 circuit which provides an automatic gain control, ensuring that regardless of input signal level, the gain remains within specified operating levels. This part is suitable for applications in TVCast. It includes receiver preamplifier, band-pass filter and demodulator together with a powerful output driver to directly deliver the desired signal levels to the controller's microprocessor.
