Additional Infomation About Product

The Vishay VLSL4036A is a low side, N-Channel MOSFET power switch designed primarily for high current applications in appliance and industrial equipment, where a low on-state resistance and low conduction losses are required. It incorporates an integrated Schottky diode for reverse conduction protection and offers a wide input and output voltage range from 3V to 75V. The device has an rDS(on) of 0.001 O and can handle up to 25A of continuous current. It is also RoHS compliant and lead-free (halogen free) for environmental advantages.
