699-100AB is a part of Wakefield, located in Massachusetts, in the United States. It is an unincorporated area in the western part of the city, bordered by Route 128 in the south, Route 2 in the north, and the Charles River in the west. It consists of a small residential area and a large industrial complex, and includes the mills, manufacturing plants and warehouses that are part of the area's industrial heritage. It is home to many corporate headquarters, as well as a number of smaller, independent businesses. The area is served by two MBTA commuter rail stations, and is near to several major highways, allowing for easy access to downtown Boston, Cambridge and other towns in the region. The State University of Massachusetts Amherst and many other colleges and universities are within easy reach.
