Additional Infomation About Product

UV Sensor The 9153 UV Sensor from Waveshare is a miniature ultraviolet light detector. It can be used to detect the intensity of ultraviolet radiation (UVA and UVB) for applications such as measuring UV exposure, monitoring UV levels in the sun and detecting UV light sources. It features an integrated signal conditioning circuit, an on-board common cathode optical filter and an illuminated LCD display. It also has a 2-wire I2C interface allowing communication with an external microcontroller. The 9153 UV Sensor is capable of detecting UVA and UVB radiation from 295 nm to 400nm with a resolution of 0.1mW/m2. It has a low power consumption and can be powered from a 3.3 to 5.5V power supply. It also has a configurable sampling rate and adjustable detection range.
