The WK2142 RoHS SSOP-16_208mil 2/2 2Mbps 2.5V ~ 5V RS-485/RS-422 IC manufactured by WEIKAI is a multi-channel signal transceiver IC that is compliant with the EIA/TIA standard for RS-485 and RS-422 applications. The IC offers two twisted pair transceivers plus two half-duplex transceivers for a total of four channels. The transceivers operate from a supply voltage of 2.5V to 5V and have a data rate of 2 Mbps. The IC is housed in an SSOP-16_208mil package, making it suitable for a variety of different applications. It is ideal for controlling communications in industrial networks and has features including fail-safe data-outputs, driver enable/disable, and low power shutdown. Additionally, this part is RoHS compliant.
