Additional Infomation About Product

The CRD-060DD12P is a 1200 volt, 60A half bridge power module for automotive applications from Wolfspeed (a Cree Company). It is designed using state-of-the-art high voltage silicon carbide MOSFETs and low profile direct copper bonded (DCB) substrate technology, and is qualified for automotive operation from -40°C to 175°C junction temperature. This power module offers high switching performance, low loss and is AEC-Q101 compliant. It offers several installation options, including screws, solder pins and lugs, ensuring a robust and reliable connection. Additionally, it includes an isolation cover that helps protect the components from external shorts and dampens noise.
