EMIThe TX4139 with DC-DC Converters Step-Down Adjustable 1/4.5V 75V 0.8V 50V 2A ESOIC-8 RoHS is an electronic power component manufactured by XDSEMI. It is used to convert a DC input voltage of 4.5V to 75V to a variable output voltage of 0.8V to 50V, at up to 2 amps. It is an eight-pin, small outline integrated circuit (SOIC-8) in a RoHS-compliant package. It features an adjustable and high-efficiency step-down regulator with an operating range of 3V to 30V for the input voltage, and 0.9V to Vref for the output voltage. The device is designed for low-voltage, high-current applications, such as mobile phones and portable media players. It is also capable of delivering peak current up to 2.6A. Additionally, the device has low standby current consumption and thermal shutdown protection.
