Additional Infomation About Product

The MT1470 is a DC-DC step-down adjustable regulator with 2A output current from XIAN Aerosemi Tech. It features a SOT-23-6 surface mount package and is RoHS compliant. It supports adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 21V, and input voltage from 4.5V to 21V. The device has improved efficiency that helps reduce system power loss. It also has an active high shutdown pin, over temperature protection, and internal current limit protection for safety and reliability. The MT1470 is suitable for a wide range of applications such as portable electronics, consumer products, battery-operated systems, and handheld or remote controlled toys.
