XINLUDA's XD2003 DIP-16 RoHS Darlington Transistor is an integrated circuit specifically designed for high-voltage, high-power switching applications. The XD2003 consists of two independent high-current NPN Darlington pairs coupled to two high-voltage outputs. It is designed for use in a wide range of switching applications such as power tools, motor control, solenoid valves, relays, lighting control systems, and high-current switches. It features an on-state collector current of 8A and an off-state collector-emitter voltage of 500V. The XD2003 also has an integrated flyback diode for protection against transient voltages and inductive loads. The layout of the XD2003 is optimized for low thermal resistance, which makes it ideal for high-power applications. The XD2003 comes in a 16-pin DIP format and is RoHS compliant.
