The XL293-20 with Motor Drivers SOP-20 RoHS is an integrated circuit manufactured by XINLUDA that features a broad range of motor driver functions. It is designed to have two independent H-bridge circuits, which each are able to support up to 1.2A continuous current. Special functions of the XL293-20 are: full-rotation detection, overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown.
