The XL494 with Switching Controllers SOP-16 RoHS is a highly integrated, single chip, digital power switching controller. It supports up to four digital power control devices, such as the L494 and L495 series, and implements functions such as voltage regulation, current regulation, 2-phase synchronous rectification, pulse width modulation (PWM) and phase shifting for flexible power modulation. The device also integrates protection and fault diagnosis features. It is manufactured by XINLUDA and is RoHS compliant.
