The XT25F128BSSIGT is a SOP8-208mil RoHS-compliant Flash memory chip manufactured by XTX. It features 128Mbits of capacity, with configuration options for one uniform block and two divided blocks. The chip supports single voltage operation from 2.7V to 3.6V, as well as double-voltage operation from 1.8V to 3.6V.
