The XB5606AJ with SOT-23-5 Battery Management ICs ROHS is a high efficiency, low dropout regulator manufactured by XySemi. It is designed for charge, discharge, and protection of Li-Ion or Li-Polymer batteries used in portable electronics. The XB5606AJ integrates a linear low dropout regulator, an overcurrent protection circuit, an adjustable constant current/constant voltage charger and a reverse current blocking circuit. It features low feedback voltage, low quiescent current, low ground current, low noise, and high accuracy current sensing. The device has low thermal resistance and is RoHS compliant.
