Additional Infomation About Product

The 1.5KE36A-AT TVS ROHS device is a transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode manufactured by Yageo. It is a unidirectional component, which means it will only conduct current in one direction and is designed to protect sensitive electronic components from voltage spikes caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD). It is an axial device with a DO-201 package, made of a thermally stable plastic. It is rated for forward operating voltages between 49.9V and 34.2V, and a non-repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30.8V.
