2RK470M-4 with Discharge Tubes (GDT/TSS) SMD RoHS is a surface-mount pulse discharge tube manufactured by Yageo. It is a bidirectional device that is designed to allow a surge current at high peak power levels to be safely discharged from one lead to the other. It has an operating frequency range of 3MHz to 65MHz and an insulation resistance of 10GOhms. The pulse discharge voltage range is 6KV to 28KV, with a dielectric breakdown of 7KV. It is RoHS compliant and has an auto discharge time of 1.2uS.
