The 3RM150L-8 with Discharge Tubes (GDT/TSS) Through Hole, 8x10mm RoHS manufactured by Yageo is a low capacitance local suppression device with high performance and fast response time. Its 8 x 10 mm package is ideal for high impedance circuit applications. It has a maximum rated working voltage of 1.5kV, surge voltage of 3.0kV, capacitance of 150pF and an impressive 5A current rating. It is equipped with various discharge tubes for high speed protection, including ceramic body, elastomer body and metal body tubes. The RoHS compliant part features excellent ESD protection, high immunity to radio frequency interference, and a long working life. It is ideal for protecting sensitive circuits such as USB, digital audio, and other common signal lines.
