It has a small 0402 package size, making it ideal for surface mounting applications with tight clearances. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1.6KV. It also has an excellent self-healing properties, where it can repair itself by dissipating current and restoring capacitance. Additional features include low ESL, high insulation resistance and high working voltage.
