Additional Infomation About Product

The BK12001002 is an over voltage protection Gas Discharge Tube manufactured by Yageo Electronics. It has a 200V rating with 20% breakdown voltage and a maximum break over current of 3KA in SPG (Silicon Protective Gas) leading configuration. The device operates by using an air gap filled with a noble gas that optimizes an arc between two electrodes in order to protect against harmful over voltage transients. It is suitable for applications such as motor protection, power distribution systems, instrumentation and telecommunications.
