The Yageo BK33000702-M are Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs) Gas Plasma Arrestors 140V, 30% 0.3KA SPG SMD type BK3. These devices are designed to protect against permanent over-voltage in AC, DC and transient applications. They feature a fail cause breakdown mechanism with low capacitance and low dissipation factor. The small size allows for design-in flexibility. They are useful in protecting sensitive electronic components from transient voltages, and are available in a range of voltages, current ratings, and capacitances. The BK33000702-M also conforms to the EN61000-4-5 surge standard for determining the maximum surge current in a specified time.
