The BK600-150-SY PTC Resettable Fuse with Through Hole RoHS from Yageo is a RoHS compliant PTC (polymer topical circuit) resettable fuse with a 6 mm x 6 mm footprint. This PTC resettable fuse is used as a protection device for Overcurrent and Overvoltage in a wide variety of applications. With a maximum current rating of 150A and a Maximum Voltage of 250VAC, this fuse is designed for use in high power applications. The Operating Voltage range of this fuse is 5V to 250VAC and Operating Temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, this fuse is designed for use in a wide range of temperature and voltage applications. This PTC resettable fuse has a performance resistance range of 0.11ohm to 0.31ohm and an I²t rating of 1300A²s. Its small size, high performance, and RoHS compliance make it suitable for use in many electronic applications.
