P4SMA36CA is a 400W, 36V, 8A, bidirectional, ±5%, SMA transil diode manufactured by Yangjie. It is used in a wide range of applications including power supplies, motor control, consumer electronics and telecommunications. It has a voltage breakover of 36V and a maximum peak forward surge current of 8A. It also offers a reverse leakage current of 100nA (max) which ensures stability for safety-critical applications. Additionally, it is RoHS compliant and is capable of operating from -55°C to +150°C.
