.The SMCJ30A with 48.4V 33.3V 30V DO-214AB(SMC) TVS ROHS is an ultra-fast (1.5 pF maximum stand-off voltage, 1.2 pF maximum peak pulse current) transient voltage suppressor diode manufactured by Yangjie. It is a unidirectional (100 W peak pulse power dissipation) ESD protector that provides ESD and surge overload protection for sensitive electronic equipment. This product is qualified according to AEC-Q101 standard and complies with the RoHS directive. It is also designed for low power and low noise protection applications and can withstand peak pulse currents up to 12.5A.
