ESD5Z5.0T is an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection device manufactured by Yenji. This device is housed in a small SOD-523 package and is compliant with the RoHS directive. The device is used to protect sensitive electronic components and systems from electrostatic discharge voltages that can damage or disrupt the integrity of a system. The device features a transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode with a breakdown voltage of 5.0V and a low working voltage of around 4.5V.
