The 78L05 with 49dB@(120Hz) 0.1A Fixed 5V~5V Positive 27V SOT-89-3 Linear Voltage Regulators (LDO) ROHS is a low-dropout three-terminal regulator manufactured by Yongyutai Electronics. It has an output voltage that can be adjusted from 5V to 27V and is designed to provide up to 0.1A of regulated current. It features a low power consumption, low noise operation, high ripple rejection of 49dB @120Hz, high output voltage accuracy and excellent line and load regulation. The device is fabricated using a combination of advanced CMOS and bipolar technologies and incorporates current limiting, thermal limiting and anti-saturation circuit protection to ensure robust operation. The device is RoHS compliant and comes in a SOT-89-3 package.
