Additional Infomation About Product

The XL1509-12 with SOIC-8 DC-DC Converter delivered by Youtai Technology is a peak current Mode Step-up Converter IC. It has a wide input voltage range of 3V to 28V and a wide output voltage range of 6V to 36V with adjustable current limits. It has a high switching frequency of up to 500kHz allowing for the use of small inductors, and its integrated internal switches make it ideal for high efficiency up to 96%. Its low RDSon integrated switches, unique linear modulation technique and short-circuit protection enable the IC to achieve an extremely high performance. The IC is RoHS compliant and lead-free, making it suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.
