The SC4450S with Communication Modules SMD RoHS manufactured by Zhiyuan is a programmable system-on-a-chip (SoC), designed for Bluetooth and 802.11-based wireless communications applications. It is capable of supporting both Bluetooth 4.0 and 802.11b/g/n protocol and operating up to 150Mbps data rate. This component features high performance 16-bit CPU, 64KB instruction/data memory and 8KB SRAM. Integrated transceiver and power amplifier significantly reduce the system cost and enhance the performance of system. Other on-chip peripherals include I2C bus, SPI, PWM and GPIOs which further increase the system performance. The SoC package is RoHS compliant making it suitable for all the industrial applications.
