Additional Infomation About Product

The ZTP7193KT DC-DC converter manufactured by ZILLTEK is a TSOT23-6L RoHS compliant part. It is a 1.8V mid-voltage buck switching converter that provides an adjustable output voltage in a wide range from 0.8V to 3.5V. It features an integrated low on-resistance internal power MOSFET switch, 3MHz fixed frequency operations, and a low 50µA typical no-load quiescent current, allowing for high efficiency over a wide range of current levels. It also includes over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, and short-circuit protection. The converter is ideal for general purpose applications such as mobile phone, tablet, DSLR, and automotive applications.
