ZTP7193MS with DC-DC Converters TSOT23-8L RoHS is a series of DC-DC converters manufactured by ZILLTEK. It is a low-cost, high-efficiency voltage regulator with a TSOT23-8L package for a wide range of applications. The device is optimized for providing power solutions to mobile and embedded systems, where space and cost are a concern. It has a wide input voltage range between 4V to 24V and a wide output voltage range between 0.6V to 17V with adjustable current limit from 0.1A to 1.5A, making it suitable for a variety of applications. The device is equipped with several safety features such as reverse input voltage protection, over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, and over-current protection.
