The Z8F082ASJ020EG is an 8-bit microcontroller made by ZiLOG. It has 32 kB of flash memory, 2 kB of RAM and 2048 bytes of EEPROM. It is based on the Z8F082 architecture, which is a combination of the Z8 Encore! 8-bit CPU core and the ZNEO 8-bit coprocessor core. It features an on-chip debug unit, an operating voltage range of 3.0 to 5.5 V, 16 general-purpose input/output (GPIO) pins, two 16-bit timers, and one 8-bit timer. It also supports various communications interfaces such as Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2C), CAN, and PMBus. Additionally, the Z8F082ASJ020EG supports both low power operation and multiple power saving modes.
