DS1302N HGSEMI

The DS1302N with Real-time Clocks DIP-8 RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) is a highly efficient memory device manufactured by HGSEMI. It features a minimal standby current of just 0.2µA (microamperes) and has a low power consumption that helps to extend battery life in embedded applications. The device includes an on-chip oscillator and full binary-coded decimal (BCD) clock and calendar.
