Additional Infomation About Product

The HG809TM3/TR is a SOT-23-3 style Monitors & Reset Circuits ROHS component manufactured by HGSEMI. It is a 3-pin activation circuit with a small operating current that can detect supply voltages between -1.75V and 5.8V as well as monitoring sensors and circuits that produce signal changes. It is triggered when voltage exceeds 0.60V. This is an ideal choice for battery-powered systems or applications where low quiescent and shutdown current drain are desired. This RoHS compliant part also features a hysteresis circuit to prevent reset relay chattering during the voltage dropping and rising.
