The LP3993-16B3F is a low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator in a SOT-23-3, RoHS compliant package. It delivers up to 400mA of output current and has an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 12V. The regulator features a very low quiescent current of 0.7µA, an ultra-low dropout voltage of 250mV, an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.25V, and a very low temperature coefficient of 0.2mV/°C. The device is designed to have excellent load and line regulation, as well as low noise, fast transient response, and high power supply rejection ratio.
