The LP3990A-28QVF with X2SON Linear Voltage Regulators (LDO) ROHS is a low-power regulator that supports a 1.8V to 5.5V input voltage range and provides a stable, low-noise power source for microprocessors, DSPs, and other sensitive analog and digital components. The LP3990A-28QVF features an internal PWM system and a fast transient response. The low-power regulator is also equipped with a thermal shut-down feature that prevents damage to the device in the event of an over-temperature situation. The device also features an Ultra Low ESR output capacitor that ensures excellent noise suppression. With its RoHS certification, the LP3990A-28QVF is lead-free and meets environmental standards.
