The LOWPOWER LP6470B6F DC-DC Converter is a SOT23-6, RoHS compliant power component. It is a high-efficiency, low-noise, and low-power DC-DC step-down converter that operates off a low input voltage and delivers up to an output current of 1.5A. It features a constant 500kHz switching frequency and an adjustable output voltage range of 0.9V to 6V. The LP6470B6F supports a wide input voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V and is capable of operating over a wide ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is also designed with over-current protection, over-temperature protection, and short-circuit protection. The LP6470B6F is ideal for battery-powered applications such as portable electronics, digital cameras, personal media players, and mobile phones.
