The RT7272BGSP is a Step-Down DC-DC Converter with adjustable output voltage from 1.4V to 30V and a maximum current rating of 3A manufactured by Richtek. It is housed in an SOIC-8_EP_150mil RoHS package and is compliant with the RoHS Directive. It has a maximum operating input voltage range of 4.5V to 36V, with a maximum operating switching frequency of 2.5MHz. It features built-in current limit protection, thermal shutdown protection and internal soft-start circuitry, as well as both fixed and adjustable output voltage options. It also features an enable pin to allow hardware shutdown. This part is suitable for applications such as power supplies, automotive electronics, and industrial control systems.
