The RT7273GQW IC REG BCK ADJ 3A/2A TRPL 10WDFN is a triple-phase, 10-pin WDFN (wide-body, dual-flat, no-lead) integrated circuit (IC) buck regulator made by Richtek. It is designed to be used in systems that require across-the-line or open loop 3A/2A output current protection, such as computer systems that need 3-phase power regulation. The IC is adjustable and offers a constant on/off time over the entire 2A to 3A output current range. It also features an integrated power switch with very low rdson and fast turn-on/off time. The RT7273GQW also has over temperature protection, short circuit protection, and over current protection to ensure safety and reliable performance.
