The Richtek RT9078-12GQZ is a low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator with a fixed voltage output of 1.2V and a maximum current output of 0.3A. It comes in a QFN-4 package and is designed for use in small-scale electronic devices. This regulator can also be used in applications such as digital cameras, cell phones and noise-free audio amplifiers. With a low dropout voltage of 7.5mV, the RT9078-12GQZ provides reliable power supply performance when tracking down the changes in input voltage.
