Additional Infomation About Product

The RT9703GS is an integrated circuit power switch manufactured by Richtek. It has an 8-pin SOP-8 package and operates at a voltage of up to 5.5V. It has an operating power range of 1.5V to 3.3V for control and 5.5V at the output. Its output current can reach up to 3A and allows for up to 1A of load current when operating in low-temperature environments. The RT9703GS also features a thermal shutdown protection for a safe operation environment. It includes a low quiescent current in shutdown mode, programmable soft-start, operation enabling up to 4MHz peak frequency, reduced dimension for limited PCB space, enhanced EMC capability, and reliable overvoltage/overcurrent protection. It is suitable for space-saving power management applications, such as mobile accessories, portable devices, and portable media players.
