The Richtek RT9711AGB is a SOT-23-5 RoHS compliant Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) component with power distribution switches. It has one low-side output switch, two low-side switch channels with current limiting protection, a high-side switch, and a low-side switch with reverse current capability. The RT9711AGB features a wide variety of features, such as a power-on reset, a power-on assist, soft start time-out, thermal shutdown, and over-voltage protection.The RT9711AGB is suitable for applications such as power adapters, HDD/DVD drives, I/O controllers, displays, and automotive applications.
