Additional Infomation About Product

SKKH 132/16E is an insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module from Semikron. It is designed for high power applications and is capable of switching frequencies up to 20 kHz. It features a low saturation voltage, a high Kelvin source and resistance, and high-speed reverse conduction. The device can handle currents up to 132 A and has a maximum blocking voltage of 1600 V. The module has a current packaging of 5A and an isolation voltage of 800 V. The module also has internal temperature sensing, current sensing, and soft switching.
