Additional Infomation About Product

SKKH 162/08E is a Semikron N-Channel IGBT module for industrial use. It is an unipolar module with an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) of the same name. It has a current rating of 162A, a voltage rating of 800V, and a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. It comes with a thermistor for temperature monitoring and protection, and has a 4-pin terminal configuration. It is composed of two DMOS FET chips and a driver IC, making it an ideal choice for applications such as motor drives, soft starters, and frequency converters.
