BAT30SWFILM is a low-voltage, low-saturation twin Trench Schottky (ST) rectifier produced by STMicroelectronics. This product is designed for applications such as power supplies, general rectification, and automotive applications. It is an ultra-fast, soft-recovery, low VF, low reverse leakage product. It uses ST technology, which combines high-voltage and low-voltage chips in one package and has a greater resistance to electrostatic discharge (ESD). It also passes AEC-Q101 reverse leakage and surge tests, which shows that it meets the requirements for automotive applications.
